Yippee my new blog is finished!!

Danielle Lutwick Class of '09 Woostock High School

Well it is almost graduation time and since Danielle was very interested in getting some pics done in her new cheerleading outfit, we decided to pop out and get a few done. She brought a couple of her friends along to join in on the fun. Danielle you have such a beauty about you and I love hanging out with you. Can't wait to see you at your prom. Jenna and Miss Afton

It was a busy weekend for me, first with Haylee, then with my neices (Abby, Ellie, Jorja - post coming soon) and finally with Jenna and of course Afton. After a little Easter dinner with my family, Jenna came up to the studio with me to get some dance pictures done for her mom and of course she was joined by Afton and Katie. While Afton dressed up, we tried out some poses with Jenna. After Jenna was done, we of course had to try out my hats again on Afton and get some pics done. I can't wait for it to warm up so we can go outside and try an urban session with these hats and skirts. Without further ado, here is Jenna in her dance outfit and finally Afton in my new hats.

Miss Haylee

Haylee has to be one of my most faithful customers, and I love it every time she comes to the studio. I had the chance to try out a few of my new hats that i just purchased and they were so cute on her. Haylee is a huge Hannah Montana fan and she showed me some of her moves. Loving the attitude, so cute. Here is a sneak into her session. I think we are going to have to do some urban photography outdoors with the polka dot shirt, pettiskirt and hat. So cute!!!!

The Beautiful Miss Ivy turns One!!

Well my niece Ivy turned one last Tuesday, yep she was a Saint Patty's Day baby and so Alicia brought her in for a session on Friday night. We had it planned that she could have a cake session but although she wasn't into totally pulling it apart, we still caught some cute moments. Of course her big sister Afton had to have some pics taken as well, so we captured a true look of Afton at the age of 4. Enjoy

Practicing on a friend

So my friend Paul came by the other night as we had asked a coworker/Friend of mine to stop up so we can practice in the studio with lights. Paul hasn't had a lot of chance to play in a studio so we had a lot of fun doing this. Here are a few pics of my friend Bambie. She was a natural that's for sure. I hope you like them. Hopefully we will do that again sometime.

Little baby Rowan P.

Did I tell you lately how much I love taking pictures of newborns, they have to be one of my favorites. I was over to Meredith and Lee's house to meet their new bundle of joy, Rowan. What a cutie at 12 days old. I can't express how important it is to have the pictures taken within the first two weeks of being born, preferably 6-10 days as they are still in the moldable stage as they are so used to being in the belly. We decided to try out a in home session for Rowan's pics, what a great relaxing way to get some great photos, and Meredith and Lee have the perfect home for these type of sessions. Thanks Meredith and Lee for having me capture some of Rowan's first few days on this earth.

Back to Blogging, here's Baby Ashton

I finally had a chance to do an in home session for a newborn the other day and although Ashton wasn't in the mood for much pictures, he wouldn't fall asleep at all, we still got a few good ones. And a few of his siblings as well. To make it easier for new moms, I am now offering to come to your house to do any newborn sessions. It can sometimes be easier and sometimes not so it is totally the choice of the parents on where they want the session to happen. Inquire at the studio for more info. So here he is Ashton, born February 3, 2009 in Fredericton.

New Website is up and running

Yay!!!! I finally have my new website up and running. Although I still have lots of little things to do to make it better, the basics are there. I hope you all check it out soon. So for a contest as mentioned earlier I want to give away a free studio session or on location session valued at $40 and I was trying to think of a contest but really couldn't come up with one. So the first person that emails me a number that I have picked under 20 and gets it right wins. So email me your numbers and I will let you know when I have a winner. One guess a day.

Wedding show day.

So I hope all you wedding people I have talked to in the past plan on coming to Fredericton today Sunday for the wedding show. It is happening at the Crowne Plaza (Lord Beaverbrook hotel) from 12-5 and I have a booth there. And if you checked out my webpage lately, it isn't there anymore. I am in the process of revamping it and hope to have it all finished in the next couple of weeks. Check back as I may have a contest once I get it up and running. Just so everyone knows, I am pretty much booked in August and July now for weddings but give me a call as I might be willing to take on a few Friday weddings if there are any out there. I am the worst blogger ever!!! Time to get my butt in gear

Hey Everyone, so sorry to keep you wondering. I am still here and kicking, just been so busy I haven't had a chance to post lately. I hope everyone had great holidays so I figured I would post my Christmas photo of me, My husband Shawn and our puppy Molly. My sister took this for me and I totally love how it turned out. Molly had to get dressed in her Mrs. Claus outfit that I picked up at Target back at the first of November, she is so cute. Although I don't think it will fit her for much longer. She isn't getting too big but this jacket wasn't really meant for her size I think. Oh well at least I got a picture of her in it while it still fit. So I have been busy getting things ready for the WEdding show at the Crowne Plaza in Fredericton this weekend. My friend Christina from Live Love Laugh Event Planning is hosting the event this weekend on Sunday. It should be fun. Here is a sneak into some pics that I took back in October that I hope to have on display this weekend. Check back often as I hope to have my website all updated in the next couple of weeks.
